Simple and effective

The truck in a box has replaced my sled for backwards and forwards drags. Love the KISS method to the design. The heaviest resistance setting is surprisingly challenging considering the size of the apparatus. I could only budge it when simulating a truck pull, not so much doing backwards walking. The constant resistance adds a different element to my training. Every step requires the same force output as the last (i.e., no momentum). I’m using this with my children, too. Switching between users is quick and easy. Very satisfied.
