I have so many devices in my house for recovery, it looks like a PT clinic. Between racing bikes and running ultras, I get sore, a lot. No other rollers, compression boots, massage devices or anything else helps loosen terrible knots in my legs like the stick. It’s simply perfect. The flex it has, that shapes to whatever part I’m targeting is the best part. Love it.
